How do I schedule a pickup?

It’s simple. Send us a text or email with your request. We’ll confirm availability and pickup details with you directly, no booking platforms or apps required.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

Not at all. We offer contactless pickup and return, just leave your laundry at an agreed location, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What products do you use?

We use high-quality, trusted detergents that deliver a fresh, clean result. If you have preferences or sensitivities, just let us know – organic and sensitive-skin options are coming soon.

Do I need to sort my laundry?

No need. Just bag your laundry, and we’ll handle the sorting, washing, folding, and return.

How does ironing work?

Ironing is available by request at $5 per item. Let us know what needs to be pressed when you book, and we’ll return it ready to wear.

How do I pay?

We currently accept bank transfers, with payment due after service. We’ll provide payment details once your laundry is returned.

Is this just for families or parents?

Not at all. We work with busy professionals, students, couples, and households of all types. If laundry’s draining your time – we’re here for you.
